A good part of our business is providing implementation support to VARs and businesses, as well as, re-implementation support to businesses which have had a negative experience with their VAR. The primary goal of an Reseller is to sell software licenses and maintenance agreements. Most Reseller consider the deal complete once you have signed the purchase order. The implementation is secondary and most Resellers, in an effort to cut costs and win the deal, will short change the implementation. Often the business analysis isn’t thorough enough and the SAP Business One scope of work is either not defined or isn’t complete for the SAP Business One project.

From our initial consultation, we provide a thorough Business Analysis and ongoing guidance and recommendations specific to your operational requirements. We learn about your business processes and pains and adapt them to the specific project, implementation, expansion, maintenance, and support. Once the Business Analysis has been completed, L&D Affiliates, Ltd provides an SOW (Scope of Work) in a detailed outline (approx. 40 pages) that is reviewed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of your project. Once the SOW is agreed upon, we work remotely to customize your project. After your project is complete, we train your staff on-site and then install an instance of your SAP Business One implementation.

Our pricing structure for implementation is based on time and materials and is as follows:
Hourly rate: $125 (pre-paid)
Expenses: Actual expenses + $75 Per Diem
