With Professional Services, we are there when you need us. Professional Services is an annual supplement to the maintenance agreement; it provides basic coverage for most installations and covers what your maintenance agreement does not.
With support blocks, you purchase only the time you need and use it as you want, when you want.

- 100 hours of project support time that you can utilize any way that you choose.

Tier 2 - $7,500
- 50 Hours of project support time that you can utilize any way that you choose.
- On-call support 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (PST) Monday - Friday
- 8 Hour response time
Tier 3 - $4,375
- 25 Hours of project support time that you can utilize any way that you choose.
- On-call support 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (PST) Monday - Friday
- 8 Hour response time
Pricing:
Our pricing structure for support is based on time and materials and is as follows:
- Hourly Rate: Dependent on Tier choice
- Expenses: Actual Expenses + $75 Per Diem
- All Support Services are pre-paid
